Okay, I just left a comment for you. I definitely employ that grocery store tip and do think working from home poses some challenges: the benefits are enormous too!

Thanks for the comments! It used to be so bad when grocery stores were only allowed to have 4 employees on site max. after 5 p.m. on weekends. You can imagine the huge lineups that resulted at the large grocery stores! 30 min+ waits in the lines were not uncommon. Even today you will still see this happen sometimes, though I think the regulation is no longer on the books.

Kevin – Very nice job! I’m especially glad to know I’m not the only one who sometimes feels like I could be getting more done each day.

Thank you for the kind comment, and for checking out the post! I just read that 6.5 hours might be the most optimal amount of sleep — for a woman, that is. I’m a man, but it’s interesting that we might actually live longer lives by sleeping less. I’ll have to convince my body of that, though! I read that over here: http://www.kurzweilai.net/womens-study-finds-longevity-means-getting-just-enough-sleep

I left a comment over at BFS. Working at home is the BEST! The only problem is how the refrigerator used to call my name whenever I got up to do something. Temptation is everywhere at home, but you can do it!

Perhaps the trick lies in having a structured home, as well as structured time! At my apartment, the dining table, living room with TV, and computer desk are all located within 10 feet of each other… in the condo it will be similar but at least we will have a seperate “office-style” room. I am planning to make it a loft with a loft-bed and office underneath. I have seen some nice ones on the Internet, but unfortunately the selection is not huge, and some of the best ones are no longer available!

I just read the post. Time management is so important. I wish everyday that I had more hours in the day to accomplish more tasks. Great post.

Definitely! If only I could find a way to make my body happy with 6 hrs or less of sleep a day… đŸ˜‰
