I don’t usually do micro-posts, but this is simply too interesting. I felt it at work today, my girlfriend felt it in the apartment building, and people all over the city felt it. I know this is nothing new to the west-coasters among you guys, but this is the first earthquake that I’ve felt in, oh, 15 years? It felt like a heavy diesel truck was roaring by me only a few feet away.

Micro-posts aside, this was something to write about for sure (you beat me to it)! Yeah, our entire building shook in Ottawa. Pretty wild. Glad to hear (from the news) nobody was seriously hurt.

Hey, glad to hear that everyone is OK over there! I heard a few buildings around Ottawa cracked a bit; Ottawa was close to the epicenter, so you guys had a bit of a ride!
